How to Cancel Your Free Trial or Membership

Cancelling your membership or free trial is quick and fully self-service — no need to contact us.

Before you cancel, please note: Access to your manuals and membership benefits ends immediately upon cancellation. We recommend cancelling as close to your renewal date as possible to make the most of your remaining access. Please also ensure any downloaded files are saved safely, as you will not be able to re-access them without an active membership.

How to cancel — step by step:

1. Log in to your account at emanuals.com
2. Click My Account in the top right corner
3. Go to My Membership
4. Wait for the membership widget to load
5. Click on your Subscription Plan
6. Click Cancel Subscription
7. You may be presented with a special offer or discount — you are free to accept or decline, and continue with the cancellation
8. Once confirmed, your cancellation is processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email

What happens next:

• Your access ends immediately — you will no longer be able to view, browse, or download manuals
• Any files already downloaded should be stored safely, as these cannot be retrieved after cancellation
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• If you change your mind, you can reactivate your membership at any time from the pricing page or by logging back in to your My Account
