Can I change my plan?
Yes. If you have an active membership, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from your account — no need to contact support.
How do I change my plan?
- Log in to your account at emanuals.com
- Go to My Membership
- Under Change Your Plan, you'll see the available option for your current plan
- Click Upgrade Plan or Downgrade Plan
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up
Upgrading from Monthly to Annual
If you're on the Monthly plan, you can upgrade to the Annual plan.
When you confirm the upgrade, you'll be asked when you'd like it to take effect:
- Upgrade Now — You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately and gain instant access to the Annual plan and its full manual allowance
- Upgrade at End of Billing Cycle — The upgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No immediate charge
Downgrading from Annual to Monthly
If you're on the Annual plan, you can downgrade to the Monthly plan.
- The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You'll keep full access to your Annual plan until that date
- Once the change takes effect, your manual allowance will adjust to the Monthly plan allowance
- No refunds are provided for downgrades

When you upgrade, your allowance increases immediately (if upgrading now) or at the start of your next cycle. When you downgrade, your allowance decreases at the start of your next cycle.
